Experiences
Integrating eID solutions into SaaS digital identity marketplace platform. Working with cutting-edge technologies and ensuring seamless user experiences. Improving dev processes for the engineering team. Preparing automated infrastructure for scaling the platform to support a growing user base.
Took over the responsibility of growing the development team and customs related product from the previous CTO. Feeport’s SaaS platform x7trade supports air carriers bringing e-commerce goods to the EU in their customs communication journey. The SaaS gives customers the ability to notify customs of all incoming goods and clear them for last mile delivery. My daily responsibilities include code reviews for the team, mentoring developers, communicating and prioritizing tasks with board members. The application runs on a serverless environment based on Laravel/Vue, Vapor, AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS. So far, after I joined, we have made the application much faster, able to handle thousands of customs messages and millions of packages. UI is built with VueJs, where I try to use all my design skills to organize components nicely, improve customers overall UX and product look&feel.
At Ampler Bikes, started as a single developer, built strong MVP of the company’s e-commerce site. Later on hired a team of a few more developers, designers, PMs and testers. My pleasure was to invest time and knowledge to each of them. Together we’ve developed 5 software products connected with 20+ APIs in order to have reliable communication and cover the needs of all departments of the company.
